Does your company need to have an AAP? Our team of experts will take this off of your "to do" list.
We will help you determine whether you are a federal government contractor/subcontractor covered by U.S. Department of Labor Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations. Private companies who hold a Federal government contract(s) or subcontract(s) totaling $50,000 or more and have 50 or more employees are required to have an AAP in place. When a contractor is required to put an AAP in place, the AAP must be developed within 120 days from the start of the contract and the AAP must be updated annually.
Auditing, Creating and Revising AAPs.
Our experts will develop your plans for you that include all elements and reports as required by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Our goal is to ensure that your message provides applicants and employees with equal employment opportunities. Our plans are fully OFCCP compliant and help you mitigate risk. Our team writes and revises AAPs, incorporates all required reports, procedures, documents as well as provide additional data, e.g., pay equity analysis, subsidiary assessments and more to support your AAP program needs.
Managing OFCCP Audits
We will collaborate with you to prepare for an establishment review, corporate management review or Functional Affirmative Action Program compliance review. We will work alongside you in preparing submissions to the OFCCP Scheduling Letter/s, prepare audit responses and be by your side throughout the process, including any negotiations (e.g., settlements, conciliation agreements, consent decrees, etc.)
OFCCP Contractor Portal
The Contractor Portal is OFCCP’s platform where covered federal contractors and subcontractors must certify, on an annual basis, whether they are meeting their requirement to develop and maintain annual AAPs. The portal allows multiple users from individual organizations to register, manage records, and certify each establishment and/or functional/business unit, as applicable. The fpSOLUTIONS team will assist you in answering questions during the certification process. https://www.dol.gov/agencies/ofccp/contractorportal

Federal contractors’ HR teams often have a hard time simply complying with detailed affirmative action regulations and miss opportunities to reap the business benefits of proactive affirmative action planning. Given the recent rulings by SCOTUS in terms of AAP, this is an opportune time for fpSOLUTIONS and clients to partner and reassess what these implications are for DEI programs. The new standard will likely have a big ripple effect on the workplace and fpSOLUTIONS has the unparalleled expertise to help bolster DEI programs to ensure full compliance with anti-discrimination laws.
Our DEI program is efficient, affordable and on point for what you need. Reach out to fpSOLUTIONS by filling out the form on this page or contact us at Customerservice@fpsolutions.com
