Mark W. Wilbur / Chief Executive Officer
Mark is Chief Executive Officer of fpSOLUTIONS, driving innovation and leadership for the newly created subsidiary of Fisher Phillips. Seeing a marketplace not supported beyond endless plain document downloads, Mark has carefully engineered the development of fpSOLUTIONS to provide complete solutions for clients through comprehensive issue solving packets, toolkits and resources while also building out a world-class consulting practice delivering professional services, education and resource subscriptions. Underscoring the trademarked tagline SOLUTIONS@WORK.
Prior to launching fpSOLUTIONS, Mark was, at the time, the youngest CEO and President of Employers Group, transforming its 125 year old leading advocacy and professional services organization into a new brand and industry leader, EverythingHR, with cutting-edge and enhanced technology infrastructure supporting a multitude of new and revised professional service offerings for today’s tech-driven businesses directly supporting executive leadership and HR professionals.
Mark came to EG as a recognized business leader and Partner at Andersen Business Consulting, where he built a reputation working on the toughest or never-done-before projects from mergers and acquisitions to global expansion and new company launches working with the most notable companies, including Walt Disney (Studios, Music, Worldwide Theme Parks and Imagineering), MGM Studios, MGM/Mirage, Mattel, Callaway, Fluor, Adidas, Universal, Sony, Hilton, Hilton Gaming, CBS Studios, Weyerhaeuser and many more. He is frequent speaker and has been quoted in several high profile national publications and is a frequent guest on the #1 most listened to business radio show in Los Angeles, “Mottek on Money” on KABC790. Jennifer A. Cameron / Director, Marketing Strategies
Jennifer brings more than 20 years of high level marketing communications experience in the legal and corporate fields to fpSOLUTIONS. She is considered a forward thinking executive who excels at creating and implementing marketing, crisis communications, and business development strategies. Her clients included such marquee brands as Bank of America, Johnson Controls, NVidia, Chipotle, Kroger Foods, Interstate Batteries. She also worked as a marketing and business development executive for AMX by Harman, Fogerty Klein Monroe (AKA the Company of Others), and most recently, Fisher Phillips.
Jennifer also served as an adjunct professor for the Institute for Law Enforcement Administration, a division of the Center for American & International Law. She partnered with then-Executive Director, Dr. Gary W. Sykes, providing media & crisis communications training for more than 350 law enforcement officials on the Plano, TX campus and across the country.
Previously, Jennifer had a successful career as a TV news producer, the last five as an investigative journalist and winner of 20+ journalism awards for excellence including the coveted National Headliner Award as well as two Emmy Awards. You can reach her at Jcameron@fpsolutions.com.
Bill Stephens / Director, Client Services
Bill brings to fpSOLUTIONS’ clients a unique set of skills, insights and knowledge gained through a career spanning over 30 years of employer-directed consulting. As the Director of Client Service for national consulting firm Employers Group/EverythingHR he has held executive responsibility for the firm’s service lines and has been responsible for ensuring that all members and clients realize the maximum benefits of all services and resources. To do this, Bill has leveraged internal subject matter experts and external partners to identify and address complex compliance, organizational and best employment practices issues faced by employers of all sizes and in all industries.
Bill earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Missouri and his M.A. in International Studies at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and throughout his career has taken pride in having developed long-term, deep and trusted relationships with executives and human resources professionals nationwide.
