Mark W. Wilbur / Chief Executive Officer


Mark is Chief Executive Officer of fpSOLUTIONS, driving innovation and leadership for the newly created subsidiary of Fisher Phillips.  Seeing a marketplace not supported beyond endless plain document downloads, Mark has carefully engineered the development of fpSOLUTIONS to provide complete solutions for clients through comprehensive issue solving packets, toolkits and resources while also building out a world-class consulting practice delivering professional services, education and resource subscriptions. Underscoring the trademarked tagline SOLUTIONS@WORK.


Prior to launching fpSOLUTIONS, Mark was, at the time, the youngest CEO and President of Employers Group, transforming its 125 year old leading advocacy and professional services organization into a new brand and industry leader, EverythingHR, with cutting-edge and enhanced technology infrastructure supporting a multitude of new and revised professional service offerings for today’s tech-driven businesses directly supporting executive leadership and HR professionals.

Jinee Seah / Sr Manager, HR Consulting 


With over 15 years of HR experience, partnered with a Bachelor of Business and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) background, Jinee has an insatiable passion for all things related to people and HR. Her work experience working in Fortune 100 corporations to various start-ups, Jinee has spent her entire career coaching leaders through successfully managing their employee populations via employee relations, complex investigations, performance management, and a plethora of HR practices leading to favorable business outcomes. With a reasonable and procedurally-fair mind and approach, strengths lie in risk mitigation and helping businesses build robust HR infrastructures.

Suzanne Olivia / Sr Compliance Manager


Suzanne Oliva is the Sr. Affirmative Action Manager at FP Solutions, LLC (FPS) and providing full-service Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action (EEO/AA) and Diversity consulting services.   She has over 24 years of experience in producing Affirmative Action Plans and programs which meet (OFCCP) regulations. Suzanne and the Affirmative Action team respond to client inquiries in a broad scope of industries on all aspects of Affirmative Action, Department of Labor audits, policies and processes. Suzanne directs the FP Solutions team to assist covered federal contractors understand their affirmative action obligations and procedures for plan implementation. 


Suzanne’s background includes specialized experience with Executive Order 11246, Executive Order 4212, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Title VII; OFCCP Federal Contractor Portal for certification; Employment Law and Compliance; EEO-1 Reports, Vets-4212 Reports, CA Pay Data Report communicating code of ethics, ethical employment practices, organizational effectiveness, and insuring compliance with labor relations, and workplace law.   Ms. Oliva has valuable experience in training and has been the consultant to numerous employers through compliance audits and corporate management reviews.
