3.  What is the difference between a product and a service?

Good question.  A product is a downloadable PDF which you can purchase directly using a credit card.  Our services includes consulting services available to help businesses take action on important strategic HR decisions. 4.  How do I search for products or services?

Just choose either one using the top navigation and you can sort through our products and services alphabetically, by price or by “best-selling” item.

5.  What information will I receive when I purchase a product?

Depends on the product, but you should receive all the necessary documents for that specific HR need. We also provide you with a thumbnail image of the first few pages of the document. You can always call us at (855) 959-8882, as we can dive deeper on your inquiry.

6.  What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept only credit cards - American Express, Discover, MasterCard or VISA.

7.  How do I know if my product is up to date?  

All active subscriptions include an email notification when the subscribed product is updated.
