The purpose of conducting an interview is to gather information about a candidate’s work experience and qualifications in an effort to determine if the candidate is the best fit for a position within an organization. The questions that can be asked during an interview are based on federal and state employment laws. In this course, employees will learn how to lawfully conduct an interview, the types of questions that can and cannot be asked, and where to go if they need assistance.
