Our Illinois Harassment Prevention Solution meets all state compliance and will provide learners with real-world examples of how to foster and maintain a respectful work environment, free of harassment, sexual harassment, and discrimination. To help achieve such a work environment, we have designed this module to teach learners how to recognize, report, and correct inappropriate actions or behaviors that could lead to instances of harassment, sexual harassment, and discrimination. The Illinois Harassment Prevention includes 4 modules, (1) Sexual Harassment and Respectful Workplace Essentials, (2) Gender and Sexual Orientation, (3) Abusive Conduct, and (4) Bystander Intervention training.
Total Course Duration: 1 hour
*Illinois employees are required to take this training every 1 year.
