Leadership Level Up is a highly interactive, virtual instructor-led leadership development program for emerging leaders, frontline supervisors, and mid-level managers. Through eight live sessions totaling 32 hours, participants develop practical skills for leading employees, navigating workplace challenges, developing talent, and building stronger teams.

Professional Development Credits: This program has been submitted for 32 SHRM/HRCI professional development credits, helping you maintain your certification upon completion.

More Than 32 Hours of Live Training

Your registration includes:

• Eight Interactive Instructor-Led Sessions: Complete 32 hours of live leadership development through highly interactive, facilitated small-group sessions via Zoom.
• 200+ Pages of Interactive Workbooks: Use visually engaging workbooks throughout the eight sessions, then revisit them afterward to refresh key concepts, reinforce learning, and apply practical leadership tools on the job.
• Individual Behavioral Assessment: Receive a behavioral assessment designed to build greater self-awareness and support continued leadership development.
• Practical Leadership Resources: Receive job aids, reports, tools, and supporting resources throughout the program.
• Certificate of Completion: Participants who complete all eight sessions receive an electronic certificate recognizing completion of Leadership Level Up.
• Alumni Community: Graduates receive access to the private Leadership Level Up Alumni LinkedIn group for continued connection, leadership discussion, and ongoing resources.

Virtual Participation Requirements

Each participant will need:

• A camera-enabled computer
• Two-way audio through a computer or phone
• Free Zoom software
• Free Adobe Acrobat Reader

Public programs require a minimum of 10 participants per cohort. If minimum enrollment is not reached, registered participants will be notified and payments will be refunded or applied to a future session.
