New York State Harassment Prevention Training (90 Minutes)

This live Zoom webinar is designed to meet all New York State and New York City legal requirements for sexual harassment prevention training. In just 90 minutes, participants will understand how to recognize, prevent, and appropriately respond to workplace harassment.

Training covers all mandated compliance elements, including:

• An explanation of sexual harassment consistent with New York State and federal law.
• Examples of prohibited conduct that go beyond legal definitions to show how harassment can appear in real-world workplace settings.
• A clear outline of internal and external complaint processes, including how to report harassment, the role of supervisors, and protections against retaliation.
• Information on state, federal, and local remedies available to employees.
• Supervisor-specific responsibilities, including the duty to address complaints and prevent retaliation.
• Interactive polls that allow learners to apply concepts through scenarios and ask questions (a required element of New York State compliance).
