The SB 1343 training mandate includes all employers with five or more employees, requiring anti-harassment training for nonsupervisory staff. It requires all nonsupervisory employees to complete one hour of anti-harassment training. All employees’ training must occur within six months of hire, followed by every two years thereafter.
Who is required to attend?
- Nonsupervisory staff, every two years
- Employees trained in 2024 or before need to be retrained
- New hires, within six months of hire
