✔️ Up to four open-ended questions can be included.
✔️ Breakouts allow analysis by select groups (e.g., supervisors/non-supervisors, corporate HQ/field locations).
✔️ Normative data, updated from years of surveys, is available for all 14 dimensions but is cumulative without demographic breakdowns.
✔️ Upon survey approval, clients receive a survey link and templated employee communications.
✔️ All responses are sent directly to fpSOLUTIONS to ensure 100% anonymity.
✔️ Upon survey closure, fpSOLUTIONS provides reports comparing aggregated responses to normative data and breakout categories, with detailed results for each dimension.
✔️ Reports include a narrative summary with actionable recommendations and a presentation for key stakeholders.
✔️ Follow-up support is available based on recommendations.
